TAMPA, Fla. – The postponed USL Championship regular season contest between the Swope Park Rangers and Charleston Battery has been rescheduled for Wednesday, September 11 at 8 p.m. ET at Children’s Mercy Stadium, it was announced today.

Originally scheduled for July 27, the contest was postponed due to a traffic accident suffered by the Battery during their travel to the stadium which resulted in a number of players are being evaluated at a Kansas City-area hospital.

Both teams will return to action on Saturday night as the Rangers play host to Nashville SC at Children’s Mercy Park at 8 p.m. ET, while the Battery play host to the Tampa Bay Rowdies at MUSC Health Stadium at 7:30 p.m. ET.
