The Swope Park Rangers’ Wan Kuzain capped his impressive season on Friday by earning the 2018 USL Fans’ Choice Goal of the Year, as his spectacular free kick against Tulsa Roughnecks FC thoroughly defeated San Antonio FC’s Alex Bruce in the final.

Kuzain’s goal earned 66 percent of the vote conducted on USLChampionship.com over the past week and added to the accolades earned this year by the 20-year-old dubbed “the Malaysian Messi.”
