TAMPA, Fla. – After a season filled with outstanding goals across the league, 11 of the 12 berths on the ballot for the 2018 USL Fans’ Choice Goal of the Year have been filled. Now you get to give one more goal a chance at claiming the year-ending award with 10 nominees selected in the last-chance vote to take the final spot in the field.

Voting will continue through 10 a.m. ET on Wednesday, November 21.

USL Fans’ Choice Last-Chance Vote – Goals

Sammy Ochoa (LV) - #LVvPHX, 10/10/18: Ochoa’s scissor-kick against Rising FC provided the exclamation point on Las Vegas’ biggest win of its inaugural season, a 5-2 victory at Cashman Field against the eventual Western Conference champions.

Fanendo Adi (CIN) - #CINvTOR, 9/16/18: Adi produced a tremendous piece of skill and strength to put home a wonderful individual effort as part of FC Cincinnati’s thrilling 4-3 victory against Toronto FC II at Nippert Stadium.

Kyle Greig (STL) - #STLvRNO, 9/8/18: Greig controlled a low cross from the left and pivoted in one move to volley home a tremendous finish that proved the game-winner in Saint Louis’ 1-0 victory against Reno 1868 FC at Toyota Stadium – Saint Louis.

Zach Steinberger (NC) - #NCvCLT, 8/25/18: Steinberger wouldn’t be denied in North Carolina FC’s Southern Derby clash with the Charlotte Independence, producing a great volleyed finish on the rebound after his initial header had been parried.

Devon Sandoval (ATL) - #BSTvATL, 7/29/18: Sandoval’s perfectly-executed bicycle kick against Bethlehem Steel FC provided one of the high points of ATL UTD 2’s inaugural season in the league.

Jose Barril (OKC) - #SAvOKC, 7/4/18: Barril picked out the bottom-right corner of the net with a beautifully-struck right-footed volley off Alex Dixon’s cross from the right to put Energy FC ahead against regional rival San Antonio FC.

Cameron Lancaster (LOU) – #LOUvNY, 6/30/18: Lancaster struck an incredible, looping finish from 45 yards that sailed high and dipped under the crossbar to put Louisville City FC ahead early against the New York Red Bulls II.

Jerry van Ewijk (RNO) - #SAvRNO, 6/23/18: The Dutchman fired home a perfectly-placed free kick from 25 yards out, left of center, that caromed off the underside of the crossbar and into the net to spark Reno 1868 FC’s road win against San Antonio.

Ken Tribbett (PEN) - #PENvCHS, 4/21/18: Tribbet’s incredible 89th-minute bicycle kick from 10 yards earned Penn FC a 1-1 draw with the Charleston Battery at FNB Field.

Didier Drogba (PHX) - #TULvPHX, 5/12/18: Drogba produced a powerful 40-yard free kick that zipped into the right corner of the net as part of Phoenix Rising FC’s road victory against Tulsa Roughnecks FC.
