STLFC players and supporters welcomed the club’s first trip to the USL Cup Playoffs

FENTON, Mo. – Saint Louis FC was unable to find the net on Saturday night as it played host to OKC Energy FC at Toyota Stadium – Saint Louis, but when the final whistle went that minor detail was forgotten as the side clinched its first trip to the USL Cup Playoffs in the club’s four-season history as a 0-0 draw earned the side the point it needed to move out of reach of San Antonio FC in the Western Conference standings.

With a sellout, standing-room crowd of 6,018 fans – the largest in club history – the party continued well into the night as the club’s devoted support joined the players postgame for the celebration of the best season in STLFC’s history.

“The excitement out there with the fans, it’s just an incredible feeling,” STLFC defender Sam Fink told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch’s Joe Lyons. “I’ve experienced the highest of highs and the lowest of lows with those fans out there and this being such a special moment I wanted to celebrate it with them.”

Here are some of the sights and sounds from a historic night for Saint Louis FC.
