USL Discipline Report – Week 27

TAMPA, Fla. – The following is the USL’s discipline report for Week 27 of the 2018 United Soccer League season:

Reno 1868 FC’s Jordan Murrell has been suspended for one game following his red card for two cautions this past Saturday against Saint Louis FC. Murrell will be unavailable for Reno’s game this Saturday against the LA Galaxy II.

Seattle Sounders FC 2’s Tony Alfaro has been suspended for one game following his red card for two cautions this past Saturday against Sacramento Republic FC. Alfaro will be unavailable for S2’s game this Saturday against Phoenix Rising FC.

Penn FC’s Jake Bond and Ken Tribbett and Fresno FC’s Alex Cooper have each been suspended for one game after receiving their fifth cautions of the season. Bond and Tribbett will both be unavailable for Penn’s contest with Indy Eleven on Wednesday night, while Cooper will be unavailable for Fresno’s contest with Orange County SC on Sunday night.

Tulsa Roughnecks FC’s Fabian Cerda and Joaquin Rivas and Rio Grande Valley FC’s Kai Greene were each suspended for one game following receiving their fifth cautions of the season last week. Greene served his suspension this past Saturday as the Toros hosted Real Monarchs SLC, while Cerda and Rivas served their suspension this past Sunday as the Roughnecks faced the Portland Timbers 2.

Nashville SC’s Matt LaGrassa, Ottawa Fury FC’s Adonijah Reid, Real Monarchs SLC’s James Moberg and San Antonio FC’s Cyprian Hedrick are no longer on caution accumulation warning, having had one caution removed under the USL’s Good Behavior incentive to place them on three cautions for the season.

The following players enter the upcoming matches one caution away from a yellow card accumulation suspension. A fifth caution would result in a one-game suspension and undisclosed fine. Here is the breakdown per club:

  • Ottawa Fury FC (1): Adonijah Reid
