USL Fans’ Choice Save of the Month Finalists – August

Jack McGuire (BST) - #RICvBST, 8/4/18: McGuire reacted brilliantly to stick out a palm and deny a powerful near-post header by the Richmond Kickers’ Brian Shriver early in the match.

Diego Restrepo (SA) - #SAvLA, 8/4/18: Restrepo dove back towards his own goal and parried an ambitious dipping effort from the LA Galaxy II’s Frank Lopez onto his own crossbar before reclaiming possession and ending the threat.

Joe Kuzminsky (CHS) - #TBRvCHS, 8/8/18: Kuzminsky made a dazzling right-hand reaction stop to deny Tampa Bay Rowdies forward Junior Flemmings from opening the scoring on a clear-cut chance.

Josh Cohen (SAC) - #RNOvSAC, 8/25/18: Cohen leapt at full stretch to tip a stoppage-time effort by Reno 1868 FC’s Zach Carroll over his crossbar to preserve all three points late in Sacramento’s 2-1 victory.

Eric Dick (SPR) - #SPRvRNO, 8/19/18: Dick got down quickly to his left to keep out a left-footed shot from Reno 1868 FC’s Antoine Hoppenot to maintain Swope Park’s advantage early in the second half.
