Las Vegas Lights FC surpassed 100,000 fans for the season as it hosted Phoenix Rising FC

LAS VEGAS – Las Vegas Lights FC played host to Phoenix Rising FC for the first time as both sets of supporters showed up en masse to Cashman Field on a night when UFC Hall of Famer Forrest Griffin, UFC flyweight Joseph Benavidez and UFC women's strawweight Claudia Gadelha were all on hand to be part of the festivities.

Rising FC came away with a 2-0 victory on the night to move back into third place in the USL’s Western conference to snap Las Vegas’ four-game home winning streak, but there was reason for the hosts to celebrate off the field as the crowd of 6,720 fan on hand saw the club surpass 100,000 total attendance in its inaugural season.

Here are some of the Sights & Sounds from another big night in the entertainment capital of the world.
