With more than 100 shutouts recorded over the course of the 2018 USL regular season so far, the league’s goalkeepers have continued to excel as the season approaches its halfway point. Matt Pickens - #NSHvPEN, 6/2/18: Pickens produced an outstanding reflex save to turn a header by Penn FC’s Ken Tribbett over the crossbar in Nashville’s victory on Saturday night.
Alex Mangels - #SAvPOR, 6/2/18: Mangels went at full stretch to turn aside a sharply-hit finish by San Antonio FC’s Mikey Lopez early in the contest at Toyota Field.
Kyle Reynish - #FRSvSEA, 6/2/18: Reynish got down well to his left to keep out a header by Seattle Sounders FC 2’s David Estrada when the contest at Chukchanski Park was still scoreless.
Dan Lynd - #RICvPGH, 6/2/18: Lynd reacted perfectly to push wide a flicked header by the Richmond Kickers’ Heviel Cordoves that was headed for the left corner at City Stadium.
Andre Rawls - #SACvOC, 6/2/18: Rawls stood his ground well to keep out a one-on-one chance for Sacramento Republic FC’s Jure Matjasic at Papa Murphy’s Park on Saturday night.
