INDIANAPOLIS – Indy Eleven standout Soony Saad sure likes the chance to strike from distance.
The Lebanese international was at it again on Wednesday night with a long-range free kick that put his side ahead against the Charleston Battery at Lucas Oil Stadium, with the bending shot picking out the top-right corner while leaving Battery goalkeeper Joe Kuzminsky flat-footed.
The goal was reminiscent of Saad’s outstanding free kick at the same venue earlier this season, which saw him bend home a finish that caught out Nashville SC goalkeeper Matt Pickens in the first meeting between the two clubs on April 14.
So, we want to know, which was do you think was better?
