TAMPA, Fla. –  Almost 50 goals found the back of the net during Week 8 of the 2018 USL regular season as the league passed 300 goals with one-quarter of the season completed. Now it’s your turn to select the best of the five selected for this week’s USL Fans’ Choice Goal of the Week award.

Voting will continue through 12 p.m. ET on Thursday, May 10

USL Fans’ Choice Goal of the Week – Week 8

Jemal Johnson - #SAvFRS, 5/5/18: Johnson capitalized on a brilliant back-heeled pass by Rodolfo before firing home his finish into the roof of the net for the Foxes in San Antonio.

Joaquin Rivas - #LVvTUL, 5/5/18: Returning to his hometown with the Roughnecks, Rivas produced a great piece of control before lashing home a finish just before halftime against Lights FC.

Efrain Alvarez - #PHXvLA, 5/4/18: The 15-year-old Alvarez pulled out a tremendous strike for his first professional goal with a 25-yard drive that picked out the top-left corner of the net in Phoenix.

Juan Mare - #SLCvOC, 5/4/18: Mare latched onto a good through-ball by Maikel Chang and then fired home a great finish from the right side of the penalty area to give the Monarchs their first win at Zions Bank Stadium.

Jimmy McLaughlin - #INDvCIN, 5/2/18: A deft through-ball by Corben Bone set up McLaughlin at the top of the penalty area, and the winger sent home a precise, first-time finish to the left corner of the net.
