BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Jamaican international Cory Burke was one of five players retained by Bethlehem Steel FC as the club announced roster moves to begin its offseason on Thursday.

Burke, who finished second on Steel FC with nine goals this past regular season, was joined by midfielders Chris Nanco and Santi Moar, and defenders Matt Real and Matthew Mahoney in having their contract options exercised.

Midfielder James Chambers will also return to the club having previously been signed for the 2018 season.

Additionally, Steel FC announced it had declined the options of defenders Charlie Reymann and Hugh Roberts along with midfielder Chris Wingate and Amoy Brown. The contracts of midfielders Josh Heard and Yosef Samuel along with forward Seku Conneh, who led Bethlehem with 10 goals this past regular season have expired.
