Rochester opens their home slate after playing five on the road to open the season. Last weekend the Rhinos earned a 1-0 victory over Louisville City FC to remain unbeaten through five road games to open their 20th season. Alex Dixon and Christian Volesky each have two goals for Rochester, and the team has conceded just two goals through five matches.

In the first meeting this season, the sides played to a 0-0 draw on opening day at Red Bull Arena. NYRB II showed promise in that first match, battling back after a slow start and taking the play to Rochester in the second half. In their lone road match this season, New York went to Charleston and became the first team to earn a point off of the Battery this season at the always daunting Blackbaud Arena. NYRB II coach John Wolyniec will lead a side mixed with MLS loanees, USL players and current Red Bulls Academy standouts into Sahlen’s Stadium looking for a similar result.
