SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Arizona United Soccer Club has received midfielder Danny Garcia on loan from Major League Soccer affiliate FC Dallas. FC Dallas has the right to recall Garcia at any time.

Garcia, 21, signed with FC Dallas on June 13, 2013, becoming the club's 11th Homegrown player. The Dallas native made his professional debut May 5 when he started and played 75 minutes in a 1-0 loss to the New York Red Bulls. Garcia proceeded to make three more appearances in 2014 for a total of 282 minutes.

Prior to signing with FC Dallas, Garcia played collegiately at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for one season in 2012, earning ACC Freshman of the Year honors after scoring four goals and notching six assists in 23 games.

A constant presence on national-age groups, Garcia has represented the United States at the U-18 and U-20 levels, and appeared in two matches with the U.S. at the 2013 FIFA World Cup in Turkey. Garcia played for FC Dallas' United States Soccer Development Academy and guided the U-17/18 Academy team to a USSDA title in 2012.
