BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The USL Championship has announced the reschedule of three Birmingham Legion FC home matches throughout the 2026 season due to venue availability at Protective Stadium.
The club’s home match against defending USL Championship title-winner Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC will move from Saturday, Aprill 11 to Sunday, April 12 with kickoff remaining at 5:00 p.m. ET. Similarly, the match against Indy Eleven will move from Saturday, April 18 to Sunday, April 19 with kickoff at 5:00 p.m. ET. The final change sees Birmingham Legion FC’s match against League One expansion side Corpus Christi FC in the Prinx Tires USL Cup, originally scheduled for Saturday, June 6, move to Tuesday, June 9 with kickoff at 8:00 p.m. ET.
