LEESBURG, Va. – Loudoun United FC announced on Wednesday the club had signed defender Noah Adnan to a one-year contract for the 2026 USL Championship season. The transaction is pending league and federation approval.

Adnan joins the Red-and-White after spending the 2025 season with FC Cincinnati 2 in MLS NEXT Pro. A composed and physical center back with strong positional awareness and aerial ability, he recorded one goal and one assist in 2,399 during the regular season campaign while winning 138 duels at a 65.4 percent success rate and recording 83 recoveries and 30 interceptions.

The 23-year-old also saw action for FC Cincinnati in the campaign, making two starts in the Concacaf Champions Cup and once in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.

“I’m excited for this new chapter and thankful for the opportunity,” said Adnan. “I’m happy to be back home and excited to get to work and play in front of the Stampede.”

Prior to turning professional, Adnan played four seasons of NCAA Division I soccer at Stanford from 2021 to 2024. He made 83 appearances for the Cardinal, scoring 12 goals and adding four assists, while establishing himself as a consistent presence in Stanford’s defensive unit. Known for his leadership and ability to contribute on set pieces, Adnan was a key figure throughout his collegiate career.

“Noah brings leadership, intelligence, and professionalism that align with the identity we’re building at Loudoun United,” said Loudoun Sporting Director Alen Marcina. “We aim to provide an environment that challenges players daily, refines their game, and prepares them for the next level.”
