TULSA, Okla. – FC Tulsa announced on Thursday it had exercised contract options on forward Stefan Lukić and defender Harvey St. Clair for the 2026 USL Championship season, retaining both players from the club’s Western Conference title-winning campaign this year.

Lukić returns having recorded seven goals across the regular season playoffs in 822 minutes, serving as one of the key sparkplugs off the bench in the USL Championship throughout the season. The Serbian forward posted a strike rate of a goal every 117.4 minutes, and recorded two game-winning extra time goals in the 2025 USL Championship Playoffs, lifting the Scissortails to victories against Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC in the Western Conference Quarterfinals and Phoenix Rising FC in the Western Conference Semifinals.

“Stefan has a rare feel for the moment,” said FC Tulsa Sporting Director and General Manager Caleb Sewell. “He understands space, timing, and pressure at a high level, and that shows in how efficiently he impacts games. But beyond the numbers, he plays with such passion, he embodies what our team DNA is all about, putting the team first. That mentality is invaluable, and we’re excited to have him back as we continue pushing this club forward together.”

Defensively, Lukić’s work rate matched his attacking output. He won eight tackles, added 13 clearances, three blocks, and five interceptions, consistently contributing to the team’s pressing identity. In possession, he completed 155 passes at a 63.5 percent accuracy rate, including a success rate of more than 60 percent in the opponent’s half.

St. Clair returns for his third season in Tulsa having logged 29 appearances and 1,802 minutes during the 2025 campaign. The 27-year-old full back recorded three assists, 19 key passes, and 22 successful crosses while also winning 23 tackles at a 56.1 percent success rate and adding 51 clearances, seven blocks, and 17 interceptions.

“Harvey is a player who gives you real balance” said Sewell. “He understands the game at a high level, works relentlessly on both sides of the ball, and consistently makes the right decisions in big moments. His ability to contribute defensively while still creating chances going forward is incredibly valuable, and we’re excited to have him back as part of what we’re building.”
