INDIANAPOLIS – Indy Eleven announced on Tuesday it had goalkeeper Eric Dick ahead of the 2026 USL Championship season. The transaction is pending league and federation approval, and per club policy, terms of the deal will not be disclosed.

Dick returns to his home state having earned 2025 USL Championship Final MVP honors last month for Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC as the Hounds claimed their first USL Championship title, capping a stellar two seasons in the Steel City.

The 31-year-old recorded shutouts in all four playoff games – including three which went to extra time – as he recorded 15 saves overall in the postseason. Cumulatively, the 6-foot-5 shot-stopper posted a -2.29 Goals Prevented mark and a +4.02 Goals Added mark to lead all goalkeepers in the 2025 postseason.

A native of Carmel, Ind., Dick had previously claimed both the USL Championship Golden Glove (0.69 goals-against average) and Goalkeeper of the Year honors in 2024 with a save percentage of 79.1% and a Goals Prevented mark of -11.06 across 26 appearances.

Dick had previously recorded four appearances for the Boys in Blue on loan from Sporting Kansas City in the 2021 season, where he recorded one shutout and 22 saves for a 71 percent save percentage. Overall, he has made 246 saves in 83 regular season appearances in the USL Championship, including other loan stints with Phoenix Rising FC, FC Tulsa and Sporting Kansas City II.
