LEESBURG, Va. – Loudoun United FC announced on Wednesday the club’s initial roster moves ahead of the 2026 USL Championship season, with eight players currently set to return to the club for the new campaign.
Loudoun exercised contract options on goalkeeper Ryan Jack and midfielder Pedro Santos for the 2026 season. They join defenders Bolu Akinyode, Kwame Awuah and Jacob Erlandson and Luca Piras and forwards Abdellatif Aboukoura and Arquímides Ordóñez, who were previously under contract.
United announced it is in ongoing negotiations with Florian Valot about returning for the 2026 season.
The club also declined contract options for Riley Bidois, Surafel Dagnachew, Alex Nagy, Moses Nyeman, Zach Ryan, Cole Turner, while Robby Dambrot, Hugo Fauroux, Yanis Leerman, Tommy McCabe, Ben Mines and Keegan Tingey are out of contract.
The club also announced it had agreed to mutually part ways with Dane Jacomen following his season on loan at Westchester SC in USL League One, while Garrison Tubbs (D.C. United) and Omari Glasgow (Chicago Fire FC) returned to their respective clubs following the completion of their loan agreements.
