INDIANAPOLIS – Indy Eleven announced on Tuesday it had signed Grenada Men’s National Team goalkeeper Reice Charles-Cook ahead of the 2025 USL Championship season. The transaction is pending league and federation approval, and per club policy, terms of the deal will not be disclosed.
The 30-year-old has made 11 appearances over the past four years for Grenada, making his debut in 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifying against Antigua and Barbuda in 2021. Most recently, Charles-Cook made four appearances in Concacaf Nations League action this past October and November, recording shutouts against Curacao and Saint Lucia as the Spice Boys finished third in League B, Group B.
At the club level, the Lewisham, England, has made almost 200 appearances for clubs in EFL League One and League Two and the National League over the past 11 seasons. The 6-foot-1 shot-stopper most recently competed for Welling United in the National League South, where he recorded eight shutouts in 39 appearances.
A product of Arsenal’s academy, Charles-Cook featured previously for Coventry City, recording 20 shutouts in 61 appearances across EFL League One, the League Cup and EFL Trophy. During his time with the Sky Blues, the club claimed the EFL Trophy title in the 2016-17 season.
