LEXINGTON, Ky. – Lexington SC announced on Friday it had signed Malik Henry-Scott ahead of the 2025 USL Championship season. The transaction is pending league and federation approval.
Henry-Scott joins Lexington having helped North Texas SC claim the 2024 MLS NEXT Pro title in the past campaign. A Homegrown Signing for FC Dallas, the 23-year-old recorded four goals and two assists in 1,219 minutes of action in the 2024 season, including a goal and assist during North Texas’ postseason run.
“I'm very excited and grateful to be a part of this organization, and I can't wait to get started,” said Henry-Scott.
Prior to joining the professional ranks, Henry-Scott competed collegiately for the University of Tulsa. Over three seasons he recorded 13 goals and six assists in 41 appearances and earned American Athletic Conference All-Conference Second Team honors following the 2021 season.
