TULSA, Okla. – FC Tulsa announced on Monday it had signed forward Kalil ElMedkhar as a free agent ahead of the 2025 USL Championship season. The transaction is pending league and federation approval.

ElMedkhar joins Tulsa after recording 14 goals and nine assists across two seasons with Loudoun United FC. The 25-year-old previously competed for FC Dallas of Major League Soccer, where he made 11 appearances across two seasons.

"Kalil was a top priority for us as we approached the 2025 season,” said Tulsa Head Coach Luke Spencer. “He has consistently demonstrated an ability to create and score goals, while also displaying a high work rate on the defensive end. His versatility allows him to excel in multiple attacking positions, and he has a strong desire to win.

“I am looking forward to working with him, and I am glad that he chose FC Tulsa for the next step in his career.”

ElMedkhar impressed throughout the past season despite a 2024 campaign that saw him log only 861 minutes of action. The native of Middletown, Del., recorded six goals and four assists in 22 appearances, averaging a goal contribution every 86.1 minutes, while recording 16 chances created and winning 15 tackles at a 62.5 percent success rate.
