Some of the top finishers in the USL Championship this season delivered spectacular long-range finishes over the past week of action, including game-changing strikes by the Charleston Battery’s Nick Markanich and Oakland Roots SC’s Johnny Rodriguez. They’re among our picks of four of the top finishes, now it’s up to you to pick the winner of the USL Championship Fans’ Choice Goal of the Week presented by Select.

USL Championship Goal of the Week – Week 6

Allen Gavilanes (MIA) - #MIAvTBR, 4/11/24: The attacking midfielder powered home a brilliant strike against in-state rival the Tampa Bay Rowdies at FIU Soccer Stadium for his fourth goal of the campaign.

Nick Markanich (CHS) - #INDvCHS, 4/13/24: The 24-year-old produced a top-shelf left-footed finish from the top-right edge of the penalty area that picked out the opposite corner, starting the Battery’s rally to victory against Indy Eleven.

Johnny Rodriguez (OAK) - #ELPvOAK, 4/13/24: The Roots veteran powered home a remarkable strike from 30 yards that picked out the bottom-left corner of the net, the first of his two goals that sent Oakland to victory in El Paso.

Tristan Trager (MB) - #MBvLV, 4/13/24: The 24-year-old pulled off a deft touch to lift possession over his defender before slotting home a low finish for what proved to be the game-winner in Monterey Bay’s victory against Las Vegas Lights FC.
