Game-changing stops highlighted our second week of action, which one gets your vote?

Outstanding reflexes and full-stretch stops highlighted the second week of action in the USL Championship as the league’s goalkeepers produced game-changing moments throughout a busy Saturday night of action. We’ve picked out four of the best denials of the past week, now you get to select which one will be the USL Championship Fans’ Choice Save of the Week presented by Terminix.

USL Championship Save of the Week – Week 2

Antonio Carrera (NC) - #LDNvNC, 3/16/24: The United States youth international went at full stretch to make spectacular denial of Loudoun United FC’s Kalil ElMedkhar in his USL Championship debut.

Hugo Fauroux (LDN) - #LDNvNC, 3/16/24: The French shot-stopper made a crucial save, coming off his line to cut down the angle for North Carolina FC’s Oalex Anderson, to keep Loudoun ahead in the second half on the way to claiming all three points.

Alex Tambakis (NM) - #RIvNM, 3/16/24: The veteran preserved a point on the road for New Mexico in second-half stoppage time, first making a stop on Rhode Island’s Prince Saydee before brilliantly tipping Mark Doyle’s header over the crossbar.

Nate Steinwascher (DET) - #COSvDET, 3/16/24: The local legend made a brilliant reflex stop to deny Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC’s Matt Mahoney on a sharp header off a corner kick, helping Le Rouge claim victory on the road.
