TAMPA, Fla. – The United Soccer League announced today the games selected to appear on CBS Sports Golazo Network in the month of March, bringing some of the best clubs in the USL Championship and League One to national audiences on the free streaming service.

Launched last April, CBS Sports Golazo Network is available free on connected TVs and mobile devices through the CBS Sports app and Pluto TV, and on CBSSports.com, as well as on Paramount+, bringing fans action from across the world including UEFA club competitions and top leagues in Europe, South America and Asia.

Kicking off the eight-game slate is a USL Kickoff opening night doubleheader from the USL Championship this Saturday night that leads off with the renewal of the Southern Derby between North Carolina FC and defending Eastern Conference title holder the Charleston Battery at 7 p.m. ET. The action then moves west for a California showdown between Sacramento Republic FC and Orange County SC, the top two teams in the Western Conference standings a season ago.

The second weekend of the season brings together two recent Championship Players’ Shield winners as the Tampa Bay Rowdies open their new campaign at home to San Antonio FC on March 16 in a game that is set to see new Rowdies goalkeeper Jordan Farr face his former club after an offseason transfer. The Saturday night doubleheader then heads to see reigning Championship title holder Phoenix Rising FC as it visits Monterey Bay F.C. as new Phoenix Head Coach Danny Stone takes aim at a successful opening to the campaign.

Orange County SC will return to the network on March 23 as it plays host to a new-look Miami FC squad. The final Friday of the month then brings the spotlight to League One as Lexington SC’s revamped squad led by former Louisville City FC standout Cameron Lancaster plays host to perennial playoff contender Greenville Triumph SC.

The month concludes on March 30 with another USL Championship doubleheader, starting with a midwestern clash between Indy Eleven and Detroit City FC that will pit the Boys in Blue’s potent attack against Le Rouge goalkeeper Nate Steinwascher and one of the Championship’s best defenses. The action then heads west to Sacramento as Republic FC hosts Western Conference newcomer Memphis 901 FC to cap the night’s action.
