TULSA, Okla. – FC Tulsa announced on Monday the departure of Head Coach Blair Gavin to join the coaching staff of the New England Revolution of Major League Soccer ahead of the 2024 season.

FC Tulsa will receive an undisclosed transfer fee for the release of Gavin to join Head Coach Caleb Porter’s staff.

“We wish Blair nothing but the best in his move back to the MLS to join Caleb Porter’s staff in New England,” said FC Tulsa Owner Ryan Craft. “We are thankful for his hard work and dedication to the club over the past year and a half. We are excited to announce our new Head Coach in the coming days.”

Gavin spent one season with Tulsa, leading the club to a 10-15-9 record and a 10th place finish in the USL Championship’s Eastern Conference.
