A pair of brilliant double-denials highlighted the past week of action, who gets your vote?

Great reads, recoveries and reflexes were on show from the USL Championship’s goalkeepers in a busy week of action, including some spectacular denials that filled up the highlight reel. Here are the saves we’ve selected as nominees for the USL Championship Fans’ Choice Save of the Week, and it’s up to you to vote for the winner here on the web, on the league social media feeds, and in the USL App.

Voting runs through Friday, July 21 at 12 p.m. ET.

USL Championship Fans’ Choice Save of the Week – Week 19

Oliver Semmle (LOU) - #LOUvPIT, 7/12/23: The German shot-stopper made a big one-on-one save to deny Pittsburgh’s Junior Etou before recovering to make a kick-save on Marc Ybarra that turned his effort wide of the left post at Lynn Family Stadium.

Adrian Zendejas (MIA) - #MIAvCHS, 7/15/23: Zendejas made a brilliant fingertip save to turn a header by the Charleston Battery’s Beto Avila onto the crossbar and quickly recovered to parry away a rebound chance by Nick Markanich at Riccardo Silva Stadium.

Trey Muse (CHS) - #MIAvCHS, 7/15/23: Muse made a great read to keep out a penalty kick by Miami FC’s Kyle Murphy to the bottom-left corner of the net, turning the shot wide to ensure there would be no rebound chance.

Bill Hamid (MEM) - #SACvMEM, 7/15/23: The former United States international made a brilliant reaction save to tip a header by Sacramento Republic FC’s Conor Donovan over the crossbar late at Heart Health Park.
