FC Tulsa will look to build on an impressive road comeback last time out as it heads to face Monterey Bay F.C. to wrap up May’s schedule in the USL Championship regular season as Week 13 gets underway on Wednesday night.

Here's a look ahead at the action.

The Lowdown: Monterey Bay F.C. will try to end a four-game winless streak when they play host to FC Tulsa, which heads west looking to solidify its position in the Eastern Conference’s top eight after a notable road win last time out. Monterey Bay (3-4-4, 13pts) returns to action having suffered a 1-0 defeat to the Charleston Battery in its last outing on May 20, a result that kept the side below the playoff line in the Western Conference. MBFC is looking for its first win since a 3-2 victory against Indy Eleven on April 22, and will be hoping to turn the tables on Tulsa after falling 2-0 to the Oklahoma side when the teams met last season at ONEOK Field. Tulsa (2-4-6, 12pts) jumped into the playoff positions last Wednesday night as it took a 2-1 victory on the road against Louisville City FC that saw new arrival Phillip Goodrum score a late winner on his debut for the club. Acquired in a transfer deal with Memphis 901 FC, Goodrum’s goal was his first in the Championship this season, and he’ll now be aiming to build on that with his new teammates as they try to push up the conference standings.
