A quartet of sparkling stops highlighted some big performances in the past week, who gets your vote?

The past week of action in the USL Championship saw an impressive collection of performances by the league’s goalkeepers, including some superb stops that were part of big all-around performances to help their sides to success. Here are the stops we’ve selected as nominees for the USL Championship Fans’ Choice Save of the Week, and it’s up to you to vote for the winner here on the web, on the league social media feeds, and in the USL App.

Voting runs through Friday, May 26 at 12 p.m. ET.

USL Championship Fans’ Choice Save of the Week – Week 11

Colin Shutler (OC) - #OCvSAC, 5/17/23: Shutler posted a three-save shutout to help Orange County hand Sacramento Republic FC its first loss of the league season, including this tremendous stop to keep out Russell Cicerone’s second-half chance.

Christian Herrera (COS) - #INDvCOS, 5/20/23: Herrera earned a second consecutive nomination with a brilliant reflex stop as he reacted to a double-redirection inside the penalty area that saw Indy’s Sebastian Guenzatti guide Douglas Martinez’s initial flick on target.

Connor Sparrow (TBR) - #RGVvTBR, 5/20/23: Sparrow reached 300 regular season saves in his career with a superb seven-save shutout at Rio Grande Valley FC which including this brilliant one-on-one stop on Haiti international Christiano Francois.

Nathan Steinwascher (DET) - #DETvSA, 5/20/23: The Championship Player of the Week posted a three-save shutout against defending champions San Antonio FC that was capped by a diving stop to deny Tani Oluwaseyi’s late effort to equalized at Keyworth Stadium.
