USL Championship Fans’ Choice Goal of the Week – Week 10

Individual moments of creativity on set pieces and from distance grabbed the spotlight, which gets your vote?

The busiest night of the USL Championship season so far delivered 45 goals, including some incredible pieces of individual creativity both in open play and from set pieces that have earned their place in week’s USL Championship Fans’ Choice Goal of the Week. As a reminder, this season you can vote across multiple platforms to earn your favorite finish the weekly award, including through the official USL App.

Voting runs through Thursday, May 18 at 12 p.m. ET.

USL Championship Fans’ Choice Goal of the Week – Week 10

Matthew Corcoran (BHM) – #PITvBHM, 5/13/23: The 17-year-old’s first professional goal was one to remember as Corcoran’s perfectly placed free kick froze Pittsburgh goalkeeper Jahmali Waite and picked out the top-left corner.

Abdoulaye Diop (DET) - #TBRvDET, 5/13/23: Diop earned a second consecutive Goal of the Week nomination with a brilliant right-footed free kick that curled over the defensive wall and into the top-right corner of the net against Tampa Bay.

Luiz Fernando (MEM) - #MEMvCOS, 5/13/23: The Brazilian playmaker grabbed a late winner in spectacular fashion for 901 FC, lobbing the goalkeeper with a first-time finish from 25 yards at AutoZone Park.

Russell Cicerone (SAC) - #SACvIND, 5/13/22: Cicerone scored the fastest goal for Republic FC this season for Republic FC with a brilliant, instinctive finish as he chipped the goalkeeper from 30 yards to open a second career hat trick.
