Orange County SC forward Bryce Jamison has been selected in the United States U-17 Men’s National Team squad that will convene this week in Palm Beach, Fla. as it begins its preparations for the FIFA U-17 Men’s World Cup in November after qualifying in March.

The 17-year-old has made starts in each of OCSC’s past three games in the USL Championship and played a key role as the side earned its first regular season win of the season on Saturday night at Championship Soccer Stadium. Jamison won the penalty kick that was converted by Milan Iloski to give Orange County a 1-0 win against Indy Eleven.

Jamison turned professional with Orange County late last season after previously competing for the Barca Residency Academy in Arizona. He scored his first goal in the professional ranks against El Paso Locomotive FC last October and notched his first goal of the 2023 season earlier this month during OCSC’s 5-0 victory against Capo FC in the Second Round of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.

So far this season he has logged 243 minutes overall in the league, recording three chances created, completing 5 of 6 dribbles, and winning 5 of 6 tackles .
