Some of the biggest goalkeeping names in the league shone in the past week, who gets your vote?

It was a brilliant week for goalkeeper in Week 5 of the USL Championship’s regular season as some of the most consistent performers in recent seasons delivered top shelf saves in standout displays. We’ve picked out four superb stops as nominees for the USL Championship Fans’ Choice Save of the Week. Now it’s up to you to vote for the winner here on the web, on the league social media feeds, and in the USL App.

Voting runs through Friday, April 14 at 12 p.m. ET.

USL Championship Fans’ Choice Save of the Week – Week 5

Nathan Steinwascher (DET) - #LOUvDET, 4/1/23: The local standout produced an outstanding reflex stop as part of a six-save performance to keep out a flicked header by Louisville City FC’s Sean Totsch at Lynn Family Stadium.

Jordan Farr (SA) - #SAvSAC, 4/1/23: The reigning Goalkeeper of the Year shifted quickly across his net to keep out a close-range chance for Sacramento Republic FC’s Damia Viader to record a shutout at Toyota Field.

Danny Vitiello (SAC) - #SAvSAC, 4/1/23: Sacramento’s shot-stopper produced an excellent diving save to keep the hosts off the scoreboard on a volleyed finish by Kimarni Smith to help his side earn a point on the road.

Benny Diaz (ELP) - #ELPvOC, 4/1/23: The Locomotive FC newcomer produced an excellent save to keep out a close-range chance for Orange County SC’s Bryce Jamieson before teammate Eric Calvillo stepped up for a clearance off the line to help earn a shutout.
