Top-shelf stops, including a pair of stoppage time game-savers, highlighted the week, which gets your vote?

A remarkable collection of saves – three of which helped preserve shutout victories for their sides – highlighted Week 3’s action in the USL Championship, with some familiar names included in the nominees for the USL Championship Fans’ Choice Save of the Week. Now it’s up to you to vote for the winner here on the web, on the league social media feeds, and in the USL App.

Voting runs through Friday, March 31 at 12 p.m. ET.

USL Championship Fans’ Choice Save of the Week – Week 3

Trevor Spangenberg (BHM) - #HFDvBHM, 3/25/23: Spangenberg made a brilliant point-blank save to deny Hartford Athletic’s Elvis Amoh inside the six-yard area as Legion FC posted its first shutout since last August.

Yannik Oettl (IND) - #DETvIND, 3/25/23: The German shot-stopper preserved all three points for Indy on the road as he tipped over a looping volley by Detroit City FC’s Maxi Rodriguez deep in stoppage time to preserve a 1-0 win.

Jordan Farr (SA) - #SAvCOS, 3/25/23: The Championship Player of the Week came up with another huge save for the defending title holders with a diving stop to his right on a penalty kick by Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC’s Zach Zandi deep in second-half stoppage time.

Koke Vegas (SD) - #SACvSD, 3/25/23: The Spanish shot-stopper continued his strong start to the season with a one-handed reflex save to turn away a one-on-one opportunity for Sacramento Republic FC’s Juan Herrera at Heart Health Park.
