TAMPA, Fla. – The USL Championship announced on Wednesday the first yellow card issued to Sacramento Republic FC midfielder Luis Felipe Fernandes on Saturday night during its contest against the Charleston Battery, and the resultant red card, had been overturned by the Independent Review Panel.
Following the appeal, Fernandes will be available for selection when Sacramento plays host to San Diego Loyal SC on Saturday night at Heart Health Park.
