TAMPA, Fla. – The USL Championship today announced its full 2023 schedule, with the 13th season in the league’s history set to feature a 408-game regular season over 32 weeks with each team playing 34 matches in the quest to earn a berth to the 2023 USL Championship Playoffs.
The 2023 USL Championship season will feature 87 percent of its games on weekend dates (Friday-Sunday), with 76 percent of regular season games set to be played on Saturdays.

The Championship regular season will conclude on Saturday, Oct. 14 with a full slate of 12 games, including several intriguing contests that could decide postseason places and seeding for the top eight teams in the Eastern and Western Conferences.
Among the marquee matches on the final Saturday of the season is a rematch of the past three Eastern Conference Finals as Louisville City FC plays host to the Tampa Bay Rowdies at Lynn Family Stadium, a contest that will bring together the two sides that have combined to win the past six Eastern Conference titles.
Elsewhere, defending Championship title holder San Antonio FC plays host to Indy Eleven at Toyota Field, Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC welcomes Phoenix Rising FC to Weidner Field, Detroit City FC faces Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC at Keyworth Stadium, and Monterey Bay F.C. hosts 2021 title winner Orange County SC at Cardinale Stadium.
At the conclusion of the regular season, the top eight teams in each conference will qualify for the 2023 USL Championship Playoffs.
The USL Championship Playoffs will remain a single-elimination format and will return to a fixed bracket format, culminating in the 2023 USL Championship Final on a to be determined date between Nov. 9 and Nov. 13, 2023.
