Austin Wormell (TUL) - #INDvTUL, 10/1/22 - Wormell’s second consecutive Save of the Week nomination comes from his save in the 68th minute against Indy Eleven. A cross into the box was lifted by a last-second header, and it appeared to be going in – until Wormell leaped and shoves the shot over the bar to keep Tulsa’s advantage at two.

Ben Lundt (PHX) - #SACvPHX, 9/28/22 - The German native made a critical stop in the 84th minute against the Sacramento Republic to keep their playoff hopes alive. With the left side of the box open and a shot coming towards his far post, Lundt dove to the side and pushed what would’ve been the match-tying shot out of play. Phoenix preserved the win thanks to Lundt’s efforts.

Eric Lopez (LA) - #LAvSAC, 10/2/22- The California native was also fighting for the playoff hopes of LA Galaxy II over the weekend. In the 59th minute, Lopez saw a shot screaming from outside the box, headed for the left side of his net. He dove to deflect the ball out, keeping Los Dos ahead and would end up getting the clean sheet.

Phil Breno (TBR) - #MBvTBR, 10/2/22 – It didn’t take long for Breno to feel the pressure in his net, as Monterey Bay saw a break on goal in the very first minute of the match. A shot from outside of the box was headed straight for his bottom corner, but the Maryland native went to the ground to push the ball out of play.

Koke Vegas (SD) - #OCvSD, 10/1/22 - Well into stoppage time, and with the match on the line, Orange County got bodies forward for one last chance: a looping cross to the far post from the right side. Koke stood firm, catching the blistering header that would’ve won the match for Orange County, preserving the point as the match finished 2-2.
