Danny Vitiello (SAC) - #SACvOAK, 8/27/22: Vitiello recorded a three-save shutout as Republic FC took victory against rival Oakland Roots SC including a fine palmed denial of former Sacramento forward Dariusz Formella in the second half.
Paul Blanchette (OAK) - #SDvOAK, 8/24/22: The Championship’s Player of the Week went at full stretch to keep out a low shot the left corner by San Diego Loyal SC’s Evan Conway to keep Roots SC ahead, part of a nine-save performance in a big road win.
Tim Trilk (IND) - #INDvSA, 8/27/22: Trilk helped Indy claim victory against San Antonio FC with a six-save shutout at Michael A. Carroll Stadium, including a strong one-handed stop to keep out Elliot Collier’s flicked near-post header off a corner kick.
Hugo Fauroux (CHS) - #CHSvDET, 8/27/22: The French shot-stopper made a spectacular one-handed save to keep out a good long-range shot by Detroit City FC’s Connor Rutz midway through the second half of their clash at Patriots Point.
Connor Sparrow (MIA) - #MIAvLOU, 8/27/22: Sparrow recorded the 30th regular season shutout of his career in the Championship in Miami’s victory against Louisville City FC with his full-stretch save on Brian Ownby’s header the highlight of a five-save performance.
