USL Championship Fans’ Choice Save of the Month – April

Jordan Farr (SA) - #SAvPHX, 4/2/22: Farr claimed his first award in April as he got across quickly to make an excellent save to deny Phoenix Rising FC’s Aodhan Quinn on a pin-point free kick to the top-right corner of the net from 25 yards at Toyota Field.

Jordan Farr (SA) - #OCvSA, 4/9/22: Farr earned a second consecutive weekly win as he produced a smart stop on a tricky long-range strike by Orange County SC’s Milan Iloski as part of a six-save shutout at Championship Soccer Stadium.

Cody Mizell (NM) - #PHXvNM, 4/16/22: In his return to United’s lineup, Cody Mizell shifted quickly across his goal to make an outstanding save to keep out a close-range chance for Phoenix Rising FC’s Marcus Epps.

Jordan Farr (SA) - #NMvSA, 4/23/22: Farr earned a third weekly honor as he kept his focus well as the ball pinballed around the penalty area with New Mexico looking for a last-gasp equalizer, eventually parrying aside Raddy Ovouka’s shot to preserve a shutout on the road.

Joe Rice (LDN) - #LDNvELP, 4/30/22: Rice stood up well to keep out a close-range finish by El Paso Locomotive FC’s Diego Luna as he narrowed the angle on the U.S. U-20 international after a weaving run at Segra Field.
