USL Championship Fans’ Choice Goal of the Week – Week 28

Rodrigo Lopez (RGV) - #SLCvRGV, 10/27/21: The standout playmaker produced another signature free kick finish, curling a shot from the right channel about 30 yards from goal into the top-right corner of the net against Real Monarchs SLC at Zions Bank Stadium.

Joaquin Rivas (TUL) - #TULvOKC, 10/30/21: The El Salvador international broke open the Black Gold Derby on Saturday night as he was allowed to turn into space in midfield and lined up a ferociously driven shot into the bottom right corner to set the hosts on their way to victory.

Antoine Hoppenot (LOU) - #BHMvLOU, 10/30/21: Antoine Hoppenot came up with another clutch goal in LouCity’s colors, drifting in unmarked at the back post to strike a beautifully delivered cross from Brian Ownby on the volley to send the visitors to the Central Division title.

Danny Trejo (LV) - #LVvTBR, 10/30/21: It’s taken some special finishes to beat Tampa Bay’s Evan Louro sometimes this season and Lights FC’s Danny Trejo produced just that, hitting a first-time looping shot off a long ball forward to the top-left edge of the penalty area into the top-right corner of the net.

Alejandro Guido (SD) - #SACvSD, 10/30/21: The San Diego native moved into the top-right corner of the penalty area before cutting back onto his right foot to deliver a brilliantly struck finish into the top-left corner of the net to put SD Loyal ahead on the road in San Antonio.
