ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. –The Tampa Bay Rowdies will try to continue a four-game winning streak as they play host to the New York Red Bulls II on Saturday night at Al Lang Stadium with the hosts also continue to climb the list of the longest shutout streaks in the Championship’s regular season history in the process. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET.

The @TampaBayRowdies (15-6-1, 46pts) moved back into first place in the Atlantic Division on Tuesday night as Lewis Hilton’s second goal of the season earned the side a 1-0 win against the Charleston Battery at Patriots Point. The victory marked the six consecutive shutout for the side, with goalkeeper Evan Louro now leading the league with 11 shutouts and a 0.68 goals-against average. The Rowdies have not conceded in 621 minutes dating back to their last meeting with the Red Bulls II at MSU Soccer Park on August 6 in a 2-1 victory that saw Max Lachowecki record a goal and assist to lead the visitors to victory. The Rowdies will be hoping to continue that run as they take aim at breaking the Championship record of 759 minutes without conceding a goal, set by Rio Grande Valley FC in the 2016 season.

@NYRBII (4-13-4, 16pts) heads to Florida after breaking a seven-game losing streak last Saturday night at MSU Soccer Park in a 2-0 victory against Hartford Athletic that saw that saw Jake LaCava score early and Serge Ngoma wrap the game up late. LaCava was the last player to score against the Rowdies and currently has five goals and three assists this season while providing support to leading scorer Omar Sowe, who leads the club with six goals. Ngoma has also looked bright since being introduced to the lineup with two goals and one assist after the side’s victory against Hartford. The victory also marked the first shutout of the season for the Red Bulls II overall, making the side the last to post a clean sheet in the Championship this campaign.
