The USL Championship produced more than 250 goals across a busy month of action in August as the season entered its second half with a collection of outstanding finish, including a collection of finishes that landed on ESPN’s SportsCenter Top 10. Now the past month’s four Goal of the Week winners have all advanced to Augustt’s Fans’ Choice Goal of the Month contest, and our friends at FotMob have picked out their favorite finish from the month to round out the top five for you to vote on for the award.

Aidan Daniels (OKC) - #OKCvMEM, 8/7/21: The Canadian U-23 international produced a pearl of a finish with a curling shot from the top-left edge of the penalty area that picked out the top-right corner of the net in Energy FC’s win against Memphis 901 FC.
Max Ornstil (OAK) - #OAKvLA, 8/14/21: An Oakland native, Ornstil sent back a half-cleared corner kick with interest on a half-volleyed strike to the left corner of the net that began Roots SC’s comeback victory against the LA Galaxy II.
Luis Solignac (ELP) - #ELPvRGV, 8/21/21: The Argentine striker produced a brilliant piece of inventiveness to connect with Andrew Fox’s cross with a midair heel-flick finish that began El Paso’s comeback against the Toros and landed at No. 4 on SportsCenter’s Top 10.
Darnell King (PHX) - #OAKvPHX, 8/25/21: Darnell King delivered a brilliant volley off a looping header out of the penalty area that flew into the left corner of the net from 25 yards in Phoenix visit to face Oakland Roots SC.
Wal Fall (OAK) - #NMvOAK, 8/18/21: The German midfielder showed off his prowess from set pieces once again with a blast from 30 yards that clipped the underside of the crossbar and picked out the top-left corner of the net against New Mexico.
