USL Championship Fans’ Choice Save of the Week – Week 12

Alex Tambakis (NM) - #NMvCOS, 7/9/21: Alex Tambakis kept the game level midway through the second half with a full-stretch save that kept out a strong header to the left corner by Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC’s Michee Ngalina.

Rocco Rios Novo (ATL) - #ATLvIND, 7/7/21: The young Argentine standout made a crucial double-save to preserve a point for Atlanta against Indy Eleven, keeping out an initial shot by Nicky Law and then showing bravery to smother the rebound.

Kyle Morton (MEM) - #BHMvMEM, 7/10/21: The Championship’s Player of the Week capped his eight-save performance against Birmingham Legion FC with an outstanding tipped denial to keep out JJ Williams’ header in second-half stoppage time.

Kendall McIntosh (SKC) - #ATLvSKC, 7/10/21: SKC II's Kendall McIntosh only had to make two saves against Atlanta United 2 on Saturday night, but this one to keep out a header by Daniel Sebhatu ensured the visitors walked away with a shutout and all three points.

Tyler Deric (RGV) - #ATXvRGV, 7/7/21: The veteran moved across his goal well to make a diving save on Austin’s Alassane Ates Diouf at Bold Stadium off a well-delivered back-post corner kick from the right.
