USL Championship Discipline Report – Week 8

TAMPA, Fla. – The following is the USL Championship’s discipline report for Week 8 of the 2021 USL Championship season.

San Antonio FC’s Santiago Patino has been suspended for three games following his red card for violent conduct against Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC on June 5. Patino will be unavailable for San Antonio’s contests against Las Vegas Lights FC (June 11), New Mexico United (June 16), and Rio Grande Valley FC (June 19).

Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC’s Michael Edwards has been suspended for one game following his red card for violent conduct against San Antonio FC on June 5. Edwards will be unavailable for Colorado Springs’ contest against El Paso Locomotive FC on Saturday night.

Sacramento Republic FC’s Dan Casey has been suspended for one game following his red card for violent conduct against Orange County SC on June 5. Casey will be unavailable for Sacramento’s contest against Real Monarchs SLC on Wednesday night.

Miami FC’s Bolu Akinyode has been suspended for one game following his red card for violent conduct against Rio Grande Valley FC on June 6. Akinyode will be unavailable for Miami’s contest against Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC on Saturday night.
