Clubs across the USL Championship celebrated National Women & Girls in Sports Day on Wednesday, bringing to the fore the diversity that makes up front office staff across the league.

The USL is included in that diversity, where the organization’s top executives include Karen Gittens (Chief Financial Officer), Lizzie Seedhouse (Senior Vice President, Digital & Content) and Rachel Bukszar (Vice President, People) in addition to numerous key staff across all departments.

As part of the celebration, New Mexico United also announced it will host a panel discussion tonight at 8 p.m. ET moderated by Iliana Molina and Chanel Wiese, recently named the chair of the USL Impact Committee, that will feature current United States U-20 Women’s National Team Head Coach Laura Harvey, University of New Mexico Women’s Soccer Head Coach Heather Dyche, and Rochester City Soccer League President Nicole Hercules.
