FC Tulsa's Dario Suarez claimed the Championship's Fans' Choice Goal of the Week for Week 7 of the season, narrowly edging out the Tampa Bay Rowdies' Malik Johnson with 40 percent of the vote.
USL Championship Fans’ Choice Goal of the Week – Week 7
Ish Jome (ATX) - #ATXvRGV, 8/8/20: Jome put on a show for 90 minutes for Bold FC, but it was capped by this curling finish to the top-left corner from 25 yards that highlighted Austin’s 4-1 victory against the Toros.
Akeem Ward (NC) - #MEMvNC, 8/8/20: Pecka’s interplay at the top of the penalty area as he moved across the field provided the set-up for Ward’s sweetly struck finish that proved the winner in NCFC’s win against Memphis.
Dario Suarez (TUL) - #STLvTUL, 8/8/20: Suarez ensured a second consecutive victory for Tulsa with a powerful low finish to the left corner of the net from the edge of the penalty area on the road against Saint Louis FC.
Neco Brett (BHM) - #BHMvCLT, 8/5/20: A good build-up by Legion FC and patience by Brian Wright in the penalty area teed things up perfectly for Brett, who fired home from 25 yards for his second goal in Birmingham’s 4-1 victory.
Malik Johnson (TBR) - #MIAvTBR, 8/7/20: After picking up possession on the right flank, Johnson skipped past two defenders and then buried his finish into the bottom-left corner of the net to add to the Rowdies’ lead late in Miami.
