TAMPA, Fla. – The USL Championship announced today that the previously scheduled match between LA Galaxy II and San Diego Loyal SC has been shifted to Wednesday, September 23 at 10 p.m. ET.
The decision to postpone the match was made out of an abundance of caution following the July 29th announcement that numerous covered persons within the LA Galaxy II organization tested positive for COVID-19.
In addition, LA Galaxy II’s contest against Las Vegas Lights FC has been moved from Saturday, August 29 to Sunday, August 30, with kickoff scheduled for 5 p.m. ET.
