EDINBURG, Texas (Tues., May 5, 2020) – Rio Grande Valley FC kicked off the opening round of the Division Qualifying Tournament of the USL eCup: FIFA20 Edition with a 5-0 win. Representing Brazil,Kembo Kibato found the back of the net through international stars, Ronaldo Cabrais and Neymar. 

Two minutes into the matchup, Cabrais took a shot from the left side sending the ball to the right side of the goal, marking the first goal of the match, 1-0. In the 5-minute mark, Cabrais took a right footed canon from outside the box to the left side of the goal, 2-0. 

In the 32nd minute, Cabrais scored a hat-trick after hitting a left footed shot to the bottom left of the goal sending it to the back of the net heading into halftime with a 3-0 score. 

In the second half, FC Tucson, representing the Czech Republic, had two dangerous opportunities but led to no goal. In the 58th minute, Cabrais hit a fourth goal containing a 4-0 score. During the stoppage time, Neymar played the ball inside the box as he took on two defenders and finishing the play with the ball in back of the net, 5-0. 

With the big win, RGV FC will face the winner between Phoenix Rising FC and Orange County SC on May 6 at 5:30 p.m. CT. All games will be streamed on the Toros Twitch Channel (RGVFCToros).
