USL eCup Fans’ Choice Goal of the Week – Week 4

Josh Atencio (TAC) – Atencio took the aerial route toward goal in his Semifinal with FC Tucson but provided a sharp downward finish to find the bottom-right corner with an exceptional strike.

Trent Wieland (TUC) – Wieland’s timing was on display late during his victory against Union Omaha in the Final with a perfect first-time finish off a faceoff win that buried a finish into the left corner.

Josh Richards (SA) – Richards showed precision from distance against the Charleston Battery, delivering an angled finish from the right just inside the left corner of the goal past a soaring attempt to save.

Wesley Mims (OMA) – Mims turned a chance to make an aerial interception into a goal-scoring moment with a looping finish from his own end that helped him beat out San Antonio in the Semifinals.

Mauro Cichero (CHS) – Cichero took one touch to set himself before his second delivered a lobbed finish from inside his own half that looped just over the attempt by San Antonio to keep the effort from the net.
