One of the most important things for everyone to do during the current COVID-19 pandemic is to regularly wash our hands. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines, everyone should “wash [their] hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.”
So, in practical terms, what does that look like?
