Sebastian Guenzatti will be back with the Tampa Bay Rowdies in 2020 for his fourth season in Green and Gold. Tampa Bay's captain in 2019, Guenzatti had the best season of his career, scoring 19 goals and adding six assists.

In September, Guenzatti netted his 14th goal of the year, setting a new Modern Era Rowdies record for goals in a season, surpassing Georgi Hristov's 13 from 2017.

Guenzatti played more than 3,000 minutes and played in 34 of 35 matches in the regular and postseason. He scored his first goal of the season just four minutes in Tampa Bay's season opener in Memphis and was the most reliable member of the Rowdies attack throughout 2019.

Guenzatti was thrice named to the USL Championship Team of the Week and ended the season as a member of the All-USL Championship Second Team.

His best match came in a 4-1 win over Saint Louis FC on July 20. Guenzatti scored twice in four minutes to give Tampa Bay a 2-0 lead in the first half and then bagged an assist in stoppage time to complete the rout.
