As the race for the USL Championship Playoffs entered the final stretch the league saw more than 300 goals in the month of September as Phoenix Rising FC set a league record for goals in a regular season. We’ve selected 10 of the best, now you get to vote for the goal that will earn the USL Fans’ Choice Goal of the Month award.

Voting will continue through 12 p.m. ET on Monday, October 14th

USL Championship Fans’ Choice Goal of the Month Finalists - September

Devon Sandoval (NM) - #OKCvNM, 9/8/19: The Albuquerque native reacted perfectly to David Estrada’s knockdown header, finishing from the top of the six-yard area with a bicycle kick that gave New Mexico an early lead.

Niall McCabe (LOU) - #LOUvNY, 9/21/19: McCabe drifted in from the left to create space and then unleashed a powerful strike to the top-right corner to cap LouCity’s victory against the New York Red Bulls II.

Wilson Harris (SPR) - #SPRvBST, 9/30/19: Harris pulled off a spinning heel-flick finish on a low cross by Alexsander Andrade from the left that saw the youngster send his finish into the bottom-right corner of the net.

Devon Sandoval (NM) - #NMvPHX, 9/28/19: Sandoval connected perfectly with a cross from the right by Manny Padilla on a sliding volley at the near post that opened the scoring for the hosts against Rising FC at Isotopes Park.

Moises Hernandez (SA) - #SAvFRS, 9/28/19: Hernandez’s first goal for SAFC was a special one as he cut past one defender in the penalty area before roofing his finish from a tight angle on the left side of the penalty area at Toyota Field.

Joey Calistri (PHX) - #NMvPHX, 9/28/19: Calistri fired an arrow through a crowd of players that picked out the bottom-left corner of the net to level the score in the 90th minute against New Mexico United in front of 13,000 fans at Isotopes Park.

Devon Sandoval (NM) - #NMvCOS, 9/15/19: Sandoval completed his hat trick in style with a flicked header that picked out the bottom-left corner off a fine delivery by Manny Padilla against Colorado Springs.

Eryk Williamson (POR) - #PORvTAC, 9/20/19: The United States U-23 international produced a perfectly-hit free kick from the top-left corner of the penalty area that picked out the top-right corner of the net.

Kenardo Forbes (PIT) - #PITvIND, 9/28/19: Forbes blasted home a shot from 30 yards into the top-left corner for the first of his two goals on the night as the Hounds defeated Indy Eleven at Highmark Stadium.

Ilija Ilic (IND) - #INDvBST, 9/14/19: Ilic produced a remarkably first touch to control Tyler Pasher’s angled cross before finishing into the roof of the net to open the scoring in the Eleven’s victory against Bethlehem.
